Looking for TIG welders (possible from third countries)

We are looking for a TIG welders (also people from third countries but with a trade and residence permit) to the Czech Republic near Prague (approx. 60km) also close to Brno. Mechanical engineering production to be done - it includes welding but also preparation works, welding and assembling various parts according to drawing documentation, also grinding, cutting. Possible to work 50-60 hours per week, performance basis so it is possible to do more in less hours depending on your skill. The work is long-term. The salary is 14e/h, payment within 15 days after end of the month. The condition is trade license, experience, valid papers for stainless steel and black material (it can be stainless steel or black too). Accommodation is not in. Start is possible immediately.
