Back Office Leasing & Property Accounting Coordinator
(Administrative support for rental and simple real estate accounting)

About the position
We are looking for a meticulous and reliable Back Office Leasing & Property Accounting Coordinator to support leasing and administrative processes across a portfolio of properties primarily in the US (but also in Europe). This is an office/back-office role focused on contract coordination, systems work, and basic real estate accounting - not a commission-based leasing broker.
You will be part of an international team , where some colleagues work in Slovakia and some in the USA (Chicago, New York, Boston, Iowa) and Hong Kong. Daily communication takes place in both English and Slovak.
Responsibilities
Leasing administration and coordination
Preparation, recording and review of lease agreements, amendments and renewals
Coordination of the process from tenant approval to move-in
Entering and updating tenant and unit data in online systems
Communication with tenants / customers in English (email, phone)
Management of digital documentation and contract archive
Basic real estate accounting
Records of rent, advances, deposits and discounts
Receivables control and simple reporting
Preparation of documents for monthly closings
Working with rental reports (rent roll, AR aging)
Systems and reporting
Working with web-based property management and accounting systems
Creation of standard reports for management
Identifying and resolving data discrepancies
Collaboration on improving processes and internal SLAs
Requirements
Experience with administration in real estate, leasing or accounting (min. 2 years preferred)
Fluent English – ability to communicate with tenants and clients
Excellent organization, consistency and attention to detail
Ability to work in online systems and spreadsheets
Professional appearance and independence
Advantage (not a requirement)
Experience with multifamily/residential real estate in the US
Knowledge of systems such as AppFolio, Rent Manager, Yardi or similar
Experience working in an international team
Compensation and benefits
Starting fixed salary: €1,000 per month + 13th month salary
Bonus: €500 per month for meeting pre-agreed SLAs
