For our LO service technicians in coating technology, specifically in Capacitors (CAP) and Packaging (PAK), the following skills and qualifications are essential:

1.Technical Knowledge
• Coating processes & material applications for capacitors and packaging under vacuum.
• Understanding of materials used (e.g., electrolytes, plastics, ceramics).
• Production processes for capacitor assembly, filling, and sealing.
• Microelectronics expertise for small-scale component repair.

2. Diagnostics & Troubleshooting
• Ability to diagnose and fix issues in coating equipment on site & remotely.
• Knowledge of testing methods (e.g., electrical testing, leak tests).
• Risk assessment and safety measures for handling chemicals and high voltage.

3. Repair Skills
• Mechanical repair (e.g overhaul of vacuum feedthrough, bearing assembly).
• Mechanical adjustments on rollers, drives, evaporation feeders
• Electrical troubleshooting and repairs. • Preventive maintenance to extend machine lifespan.

4. Machine Operation
• Setting up and calibrating machines for precise coating and packaging.
• Real-time monitoring and improvement of production processes.
• Operation and programming of automated systems.

5. Safety & Quality Standards
• Knowledge of quality control standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IPC).
• Adherence to safety regulations for handling hazardous materials.
• Documentation of maintenance, repairs, and machine conditions.
• Customer complaint handling (CAQ)

6. Communication & Teamwork
• Reporting and communication with teams and other departments.
• Training staff on machine operation and maintenance.

7. Additional requirements
• Foreign language skills for international communication or customer support.
